Your satisfaction is important to us. CC Crafts & Designs extends a 30 day return policy to all of our customers.
If something is wrong when you receive your order, contact us by email within 48hrs of delivery. To replace an item that is broken or damaged we must receive an email within 48hrs of delivery so we can work out a replacement.
To be eligible for a refund, simply return your item with a copy of your invoice or packing to CC Crafts & Designs, 4515 Guildford Dr., West Chester OH 45069. Be sure to include your name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
Once your return has been received and inspected, an email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your item. If for any reason your refund is rejected, you will be notified at this time as well. Within 7 business days your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued in the same form as your original payment. Shipping costs are not refundable.
